By using Xmastreeonline.hk or related platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

1. General Terms

  • When placing an order, you make an offer to buy goods. If accepted, this creates a binding contract with Xmastree Ltd.

  • We only sell to customers 18 years or older.

  • Claims or complaints must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery. Perishable item complaints must include a photo within that period.

  • Prices and details may change without notice, but your confirmed order price is guaranteed.

  • Products are subject to availability. We may supply substitute goods of equal value/quality if the original item is unavailable, with prior notice.

  • Coupon codes apply only to selected items (trees, wreaths, accessories) and exclude service fees (e.g. stair delivery, tree removal).

  • We may decline service to any customer and revise policies without notice.

2. Product Quality

  • Real trees and wreaths vary in shape, size, and color—natural variation is expected.

  • Concerns about product quality must be supported by photo evidence to initiate any resolution or courier claim.

  • Our trees are Grade A, quality-checked at cutting and before dispatch.

  • Nordmann, Noble, and Douglas firs require regular watering to maintain freshness. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper care.

  • Tree heights are measured to the tip and trees may include natural elements (e.g. spiders, mud).

  • Display trees/wreaths as close to Christmas as possible and water regularly to reduce needle drop and color fading.

  • Packaging may differ from images shown.

3. Product Handling

  • Products are professionally cultivated for the Christmas season. Handle with care.

  • You are responsible for safe use and placement.

  • Some trees may cause mild allergies or skin irritation due to natural resins or needles.
