You can easily order your preferred tree on our website by selecting the type, size, and preferred delivery slot along with your treestand end recycle service if needed.

You can pre-order your tree anytime, as long as a delivery slot is available for your selected date and district.

You can order multiple trees between 5 and 8 feet directly on our website. For trees over 8 feet, please contact us at service@xmastreeonline.hk.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure payment provider. In special cases, direct bank or ATM transfer may be arranged upon request.

We currently offer three types of Christmas trees—Douglas Fir, Noble Fir, and Nordmann Fir—along with wreaths and accessories.

All our trees are sustainably sourced from environmentally responsible farms in Oregon and Washington on the U.S. West Coast. These farms follow sustainable practices, planting multiple new trees for every one harvested—ensuring top-quality Christmas trees while protecting and supporting the environment.

Tree Setup & Care Tips

1. Use a Stable Stand
2. Start with a sturdy tree stand that can support your tree without tipping and holds plenty of water—about 1 liter (1 quart) per inch of trunk diameter.
3. Prepare the Space
4. Clear an area wide enough for your tree’s full diameter and keep it away from heat sources like heaters or direct sunlight.
5. Fresh Cut for Water Uptake
6. All trees receive a fresh cut before delivery, whether ordered with or without a stand. If your tree has been out of water for over 4 hours, make a fresh ½-inch cut from the trunk base to help it absorb water.
7. Secure & Water Immediately
8. Position the tree upright in the stand, ensure it’s stable, and add water right away. Water temperature doesn’t matter, and no additives are needed.
9. Monitor Water Daily
10. Your tree will absorb a large amount of water at first. Check and refill the stand regularly to keep the base submerged and your tree fresh.

We currently offer tree stands (with pre-setup at our warehouse), wreaths, recycling service, and a variety of Christmas accessories such as lights, ornaments, and other festive decorations—all available for selection during the online ordering process.

A tree order with date and time slot will be delivered within the prescribed timewindow on delivery day. All other orders typically will take within 3-15 days. We're doing our best to deliver promptly.

We deliver to Hong Kong Island (Central, Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts), Kowloon, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and the New Territories.

At this time, we only offer delivery to the following locations: HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay

At the moment, trees and accessories, such as tree stands, do not ship internationally, but home decor items are available for international shipping.

For tree orders you'll receive a tracking link 1-3 days prior delivery via SMS and email. For other items please track your order at our Tracking page https://17track.net/en

If you're unavailable to sign for delivery, you may request the tree be left by your door or with your estate's concierge/security service, at your own risk. Rescheduling incurs additional fees. See Terms & Conditions for details.
