Please inspect your goods before signing. If damaged, sign as âDAMAGEDâ. Due to the perishable nature of trees and wreaths, returns or cancellations are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Sai Kung, Clearwater Bay, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung via a third-party courier. Delays may occur due to weather or traffic.
If you are not home, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave items with building security. After one failed attempt, return fees apply. If you authorize delivery without a signature, it is at your own risk.
Refusing part of a delivery may result in cancellation of the entire order. Special delivery instructions are not guaranteed. Xmastreeonline is not liable for courier actions or delays caused by weather or road conditions.
Delivery is to the building entrance only. For walk-up buildings, HK$50 per floor applies. If unpaid online, this must be paid in cash to the courier.
Trees ordered with a treestand will be pre-assembled at our warehouse. On-site setup is only available for the same treestand model and at the courierâs discretion. Other brands/models will not be installed.
If your order hasnât arrived within 5 working days of your selected date, notify us immediately. We cannot be held responsible beyond this window.
Tree removal must be booked at the time of purchase. Dates and pricing are listed on our Delivery page and are subject to availability. No late or ad hoc bookings will be accepted. Unused services are non-refundable.
